This production is enacted entirely by naturally talented youths who were plucked from the African and Caribbean communities.
Writer/Director Shadrock Porter captures the essence of several key figures in the historical struggle for freedom in the Americas through his dramatic interpretation of such people as Martin Luther king and Marcus Garvey.
The stories shared by these amazingly talented children illustrate that what is generally seen as black history which is in fact human history, and should be shared by all people regardless of race, creed or colour.
